SALES
There is no
minimum order requirement other than that orders must be in multiples
of the units of sale.
PRICES
Prices are
quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT and are chargeable
at the prevailing rate at the time of order. (Currently 17.5%) We
reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to
correct clerical omissions and errors on this web site. VAT No. 789

PAYMENT
Payment should
be made with the order and goods will be delivered after your Cheque,
Postal order or Credit card including Switch and Solo, has been
cleared through our bank.
DELIVERY
UK. Mainland
A charge of
£2.50 for packing, postage and handling will be added to the
order. Up to the weight of 200g Orders are sent by Second Class Post,
unless otherwise agreed, where an additional cost will apply. For
heavier items postage will be charged at cost.
Every effort
is made to maintain adequate stocks to facilitate the dispatch of
goods within 14 days after an order is received. If for any reason we
are unable to fulfill this promise we will contact you as soon as
possible to arrange a firm delivery date, at this point you are
entitled to cancel your order, should wish to.
Overseas Delivery

Europe - by
Air (up to 21days) Up to the weight of 200g. A charge of £3.95
for packing, postage and handling will be added to the order. Orders
are sent by Second Class Post, unless otherwise agreed, where an
additional cost will apply. For heavier items postage will be charged
at cost.
- Rest
of World - By Air (up to 28 days) Up to the weight of 200g. A charge
of £4.50 for packing, postage and handling will be added to the
order. Orders are sent by Second Class Post, unless otherwise agreed,
where an additional cost will apply. For heavier items postage will
be charged at cost.
CANCELLATION
OF ORDER
Should you
wish to cancel an order which was placed online or by telephone
please contact us as soon as possible. You can either e-mail us at orders@footsupports.co.uk
or telephone our Customer Service Department. If you wait until the
goods are despatched then you will be responsible for the cost of
return postage. You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt
of the product. A returned product should be in its original
condition and where possible in their original packaging with your
purchase receipt. The original cost of the goods will be refunded to
you within 30 days of cancellation.

SECURITY
POLICY
We
have our own payment processing system, and our own Merchant Account
with Natwest Streamline. A condition of the account is that our
secure server facility has been reviewed and approved by Natwest
Streamline for secure on-line transactions. Their stringent
requirements include things like the restriction of physical access
to our facilities (i.e. who gets to operate the servers).
Our
online order form uses a secure connection - SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128
bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange which has a
security certificate authenticated by Thwate.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee
that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or
materials under normal use and service and will credit such products
provided the goods complained of are returned, together with full
particulars of the alleged defect.
We guarantee
that the goods are fit for their intended use, as set out on this web
site and you are required to check the precise purpose of each
product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility
if you or the consumer puts the goods to a use which is not intended.
NO-QUIBBLE
GUARANTEE - In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, please return
your product complete in its original condition and where possible in
their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods for
a replacement or refund. This guarantee covers ready-made products.
The NO-QUIBBLE GUARANTEE is our own guarantee in addition to your
statutory rights.
These terms
will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
